In collaboration with the Navarre Employment Service, the Plan4CET project led by the Energy Transition Service of the Department of Industry and Ecological and Digital Transition of the Government of Navarre, has offered free training designed to help set up and accompany Energy Communities effectively. Between February and March 2025, different professionals have participated in this 45-hour training program.
This first edition of the course has focused on training professionals who want to accompany Energy Communities for their promotion, dynamization and maintenance in their participatory, fiscal and legal needs, as well as their energy activities. The training is aimed at a wide range of profiles, including technical professionals in the energy sector, lawyers and public policy experts, and social managers and facilitators.
A total of 13 people have successfully completed the course and obtained a certificate of completion. The training has also received a very positive evaluation from its participants, among whom various professional profiles have been represented:
- “In addition to showing me again the strength and importance of the collective, it has opened my field of vision about energy communities, where in addition to gaining energy autonomy, you learn, socialize, collaborate, work for the collective and for the improvement of the environment, among many other things.
