The first webinar of the training series «Transition Expert: 5 Steps Towards Transition» will take place online on March 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM CET. This session marks the beginning of a five module program designed to equip participants with essential skills for advancing the transition to carbon neutrality.
About the Initiative
This initiative is aimed at public administrations and professionals in the private sector, offering practical expertise in key areas of the energy transition. By sharing replicable case studies, the program enables participants to actively contribute to a sustainable future. All webinars will be in Italian and will showcase best practices from Parma’s territory.
The course is part of the European LIFE Plan4CET project, which supports local authorities in energy planning through specialized training, methodologies, and dedicated tools.
Course Program
The course consists of five online webinars, each focusing on a critical aspect of the energy transition and sustainability. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of policies, tools, and best practices to facilitate the shift towards clean energy.

A European Initiative for Energy Transition
Developed within the European programme LIFE, the PLAN4CET project supports clean energy transition efforts across key EU regions, with a particular focus on Skåne, Navarra, and the province of Parma. By participating in these webinars, attendees will gain practical knowledge applicable at both local and regional levels.
