MENTORING PROGRAMME
Plan4CET launched a mentorship program aimed at European regions and municipalities that wish to improve their planning for the Clean Energy Transition (CET). Selected participants received expert guidance, practical tools, and networking opportunities.

OTHER REGIONAL ACTIVITIES
In addition to the main training and mentoring programmes, Navarra organized complementary activities to support capacity-building and awareness raising activities addressing specific Clean Energy Transition topics.
The TOOLBOX includes webinars on Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMPs), Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs) in the public sector and energy poverty; as well as practical guides for citizens to support their engagement in the energy transition.

In conjunction with the Navarre Employment Service, a 45-hour training module has been prepared with the aim of training professionals who want to support Energy Communities in their promotion, dynamisation and maintenance of their fiscal and legal needs, as well as their energy activities.
This course offers a comprehensive approach to address the energy transition from several key sectors: mobility, housing, waste management and climate adaptation. This 40-hour course, aimed at local authority staff and policy makers, seeks to strengthen their capacities in planning and implementing strategies for clean energy and carbon neutrality.

Five ‘Common Grounds’ webinars between November 2024 and February 2025 to deepen the latest policies and tools at European level to drive the clean energy transition. The webinars are aimed at staff from local and regional administrations, as well as private actors from the business sector or other organisations wishing to deepen their knowledge on specific aspects of the energy transition.
