General objectives of Plan4CET

The main objective of the PLAN4CET project is to support European regions and cities in the design, development and implementation of Clean Energy Transition (CET) plans adapted to their needs and possibilities.

Following this purpose, the project will develop different outputs (tools, methodologies, capability building initiatives and specific technical assistance frameworks) to support EU regions and cities in their CET planning, implementation and monitoring processes and activities.
